SMOKE DENSITY TEST CHAMBER 

(3 METRE CUBE as per  IS: 10810 Part – 63)

3 meter cubic Smoke Density Test Apparatus is State of the Art equipment to meet as per IS: 10810 Part – 63;-1993 / IEC 61034. The apparatus is constructed in such a way that it can be transported and in such a way that it can be transported and installed at site. The microprocessor based system is with interactive interface for ease of operation.

1. TEST CHAMBER
   1. Fabricated with the help of square pipe and angle Iron Duly powder coated.
   2. GI sheet /SS Sheets 1.2 Duly powder coated Matt Black from inside and Grey for outside.
   3. Door: 600 mm X 2000 mm with Air tight seal and viewing Glass.
   4. Baffle sheet to protect the burning from induced graph.
   5. Port Hole for cable etc.
2. LIGHT SOURCE
   1. Halogen Lamp 100 Watt 12 Volt.
   2. Temperature 2800 K.
   3. Lamp Tube with Lens & Mirror to focus the beam as diversion required i.e. 1.5 metre. At a distance of 3 metre on the other side of chamber.
3. SENSOR
4. Silicon / Selenium receptor to receive the beam.
5.  Temperature above 23°C with the help of blower.
6. A suitable Fan for mixing the smoke is provided.
7. Tray, 250 grams, as per standard is provided.
8. Suitable arrangement for hanging the cable.

     Computer with suitable software is provided for the analyses and graphs.
